We are the direct shop of a dried-fish factory, and our mirin-dried fish — marinated in our signature sauce and dried — is especially well regarded. As a designated handler of Ibaraki local fish, we also carry a wide range of local dried fish (anglerfish, squid, octopus, dried whitebait, catfish and more).
